hello everyone!! how are we on this fine sunny day?! this is the first day in WEEKS its been over 40 degrees! my whole perspective of warm has changes since I have been out... haha but it was great just going around with no tights or coat. Just a sweater and it was PERFECT!! now if it would just be like this all the time so i could get a little but of my tan back that would be great =)

So this week  we got a baptism date set!!! WOO HOO!!! Erika finally decided she was ready! its for mar 30 and its gonna be great! Now we just have a few others that we need to keep working with to get them to the waters of baptism! Im very persistent though haha. When we met with So this week we made her a prayer brick (it like a prayer rock only with a brick because they have like NO rocks here... im not in Arizona anymore that's for sure haha) and so far its realyl been helping her to remember to do the basics which is what she has been struggling with.  she is so close though I can just taste it! Celine we meet with tomorrow and we are gonna check up with her on how she is doing. we gave her some scripture reading homework and we hope its touched her the way we hope it will.

Today we had to drop off sister Mattie who is going home =( its weird to see people who you have be come really good friends with go home when its their time. But for the next 2 days her companion Sis Bushman (we served together in IF if you go back and look at pics) is gonna be with us in a trio until her new companion comes on wed when transfers happens.I hope its goes ok haha.

So this week we had 2 REALLY bad days in a row with everyone canceling on us and everything falling through (not to mentions on thursday I felt like death) =( so we were really in the dumps by the end of the second day on friday so we went home and did the mirror gratitude thing where you sit on the sink and look in the mirror and list all the things your grateful for! it really helped haha and then after that we we and wrote a bunch of them on sticky notes and put them all around our dining area. so we can always look at them! and out goal is to add to it EVERYDAY! Even on bad days we have to find something good about the day to add to the wall =) its helped alot haha. This past wed we were able to have dinner over and a friends house from before my mission! it was so great! He is going to school up here now and we ran into each other on campus a few weeks ago and he asked us over for dinner on wed. It was great to catch up and he is willing to help us whenever we need help =) and on friday he really came through for us. we have a Less active we are working with and she needed a blessing and he was there right away. its great to have people we can rely and trust. helps alot. I also donated blood on wed that was fun haha... it was on campus and everyone was just looking at me funny. and it didnt help that they made me wear a sticker with my first name  on it haha.. but oh well.
