GOOD week

What a GOOD week! kinda funny how sometimes weeks can all just be the same and then sometimes they can be TOTALLY different! cuz last week was not so good but this one was SO GOOD!

First of all we had a baptism on saturday!! woohoo!! erika that one i was talking about in earlier emails. attached are some pics but let me tell you what happened! so for so we get there to start filling the font and there is a scouting activity going on in the relief society room and we were like "oh crap"! so the first lady we talked to was kinda rude to us so we went and called our DL who said he had reserved the room for us and he said he would come talk to the lady. but then i was all like "screw it" and went to talk to them again. talked to a different person this time and told him what was going on and they told us baptisms take precedence and told us they would move to a different room. so that was really nice of them but put us like 25 min behind. so we start filling the font but it was taking a REALLY long time and was not full but the time it came to start the program. so we shut the doors and left it running till it came time to dunk. (eater is long cold by now) when it came time to dink her there was still not enough water. we had to stop in the middle of the program. and we had alot of people help us fill the font. every faucet was going in the building and we were using everything we could find bowls pans ext. to fill the font! It was amazing to see though all the people willing to help us! but we finally got it full enough to dunk her and it was great!

This week there was some people here from SLC and they were doing a VC training and so sis bushman and i had to go to IF twice this week for that but it was awesome cuz i got to see alot of mission friends i havent seen in a while! like sis morales!!! We also had interviews with president this week and it was really needed. He gave me so great words of wisdom that are helping me move along! So friday night we went and visit some of our recent converts. Cu and Igor to be more specific and holy cow i was blown away! Igor I found out has been going to the temple and doing baptisms for the dead! He is one i was a little worried about but turns out i have nothing to worry about! he is doing so great! next we saw cu! he is one of my favorites! so legit! so he told us he is going to conference this weekend with his roommates and they actually have tickets to go in. tehn to add to that he then told us he was going to go on a mission! I almost screamed! he had told me before that he didnt really think a mission was for him. I am SOOO excited for him! I just love Cu and Igor! then ALSO on friday we got a baptism date! her name is welecele and she is from Africa! we have been working with her for a while and she has finally committed! Friday was such a good day! this week was a good week!

So wanna hear how big of nerds we are... so sis rye and I and the other sisters took the mulan song "I'll make a man out of you" and mad a missionary parody out of it! lol some say we will record ourselves and send it! Its so funny! we did it during dinner one day and its AWESOME!! WEll i m gonna jet but I love all of you! know that the Lords work is moving along! and I hope you all enjoy conference! remember to have a question in mind and I promise you it will be answered in some way during conference! Conference is wehre i first learned i needed to go on a mission!
